What are reward points?
Reward points are benefits offered to loyal customers that can be used to obtain discounts on products from our store. They can be applied directly in the shopping cart, before completing the checkout, to reduce the total purchase value. The purpose of reward points is to reward customer loyalty and encourage interaction with our store.

How you can earn points

1. Points for each purchase
For every order placed in our store, you earn reward points based on the order value. These points can later be used to reduce the cost of products in future purchases.

2. Points for reviews

For every review you leave on our site about purchased products, you will receive 20 reward points.

• The condition is that the product must have been purchased from our store.

• Even if you return the product, you will still keep the reward points for your review.

• Only one review per product will be rewarded. Multiple comments for the same product will not grant additional points.

3. Points for registration
Every new customer who creates an account on our website receives a bonus of reward points. This is our way of welcoming and rewarding new customers.

4. Points from campaigns and loyalty programs
In addition to standard points, customers can earn extra points during special campaigns, loyalty programs, or other dedicated promotions. The details of each campaign will be clearly communicated on our website.

Modifying points and their value

We reserve the right to modify the value of reward points, as well as the criteria for awarding them, at any time, without prior notice. This includes changes to the number of points granted for purchases, reviews, registrations, or special campaigns. Any changes will apply only to future orders and activities.
