1. Shipping & Delivery

At STORELISK, we make sure that all parcels arrive safely and that every order is carefully prepared, depending on the sensitivity of the products. Fragile items are individually packaged free of charge, even if this process takes longer, in order to guarantee their integrity.

Delivery time:

  • We guarantee the dispatch of orders within a maximum of 2 working days.

  • We strive to ship every order the same day, if possible, or by the next day at the latest.

Available delivery methods:

  • Delivery by express courier;

  • Delivery to easybox (coming soon).

Tracking: You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order is handed over to the courier.

Free shipping: For orders over 300 RON.

Products damaged during transport: If the product arrives damaged, it can be replaced or refunded if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Countries available for delivery:

  • Romania (other countries will be available soon).

Create an account, add the products to your cart and contact us via WhatsApp, social media, or email. We can manually arrange delivery to other countries as well.


2. Product Returns

⚠️ Important → Read the Return Policy!

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products within 14 calendar days.

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, and the parcel can be sent through any courier company to the following address:
"Str. Vasile Lucaciu, Nr. 16, City: Negrești-Oaș, County: Satu Mare, Country: Romania, Postal Code: 445200"

AWB will be generated directly from our website!


Instructions for users with an account:

🎉 Congratulations! If you have an account on our website, returns are super easy and fast. All you need to do is access the My Orders section and follow the return steps.

  1. Go to the “My Orders” section in your account;

  2. Identify the order and select the option “Return item”;

  3. Fill in the reason for return, the desired action (refund or exchange), and any comments if necessary;

  4. If you paid cash on delivery, add your IBAN in the comments for the refund;

  5. If you paid by card, the money will be refunded to the same account;

  6. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email;

  7. Send the product to the address:
    Str. Vasile Lucaciu, Nr. 16, Negrești Oaș, Satu Mare County, Postal Code: 445200
    (Return shipping cost is supported by the customer).


Instructions for users without an account:

😕 We’re sorry, but the return process is a bit more complicated if you don’t have an account. We recommend creating an account for your next orders to enjoy simple, fast, and hassle-free returns.

  1. Send an email to office@storelisk.ro with:

    • First and last name;

    • Phone number;

    • Order number (or Order ID);

    • Reason for return;

    • Desired action (refund / exchange);

    • IBAN and account holder’s name (for cash-on-delivery payments).
      (If you paid online by card, this information is not necessary).

  2. Wait for our approval;

  3. Send the parcel via courier to the same address as above;

  4. After the product is verified, the money will be refunded to the indicated account.

  • Parcels sent for return with shipping costs payable upon delivery will be refused.
