Countries Available for Shipment


At the moment, our website only supports deliveries within Romania. However, we are actively working on the software required to enable international shipping, which we expect to be available next year.

If you are located outside of Romania and wish to purchase any of our products, we can accommodate your request manually with the assistance of one of our operators. Here's how it works:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on your destination, and you may also choose to arrange shipment with a company of your choice, if their services are available in Romania.
  • Payments will be made securely via Stripe links.
  • You will need to provide your shipping address through WhatsApp or by email or phone (support available in English and Romanian).

Please note: Returns are possible for international orders, but shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer.


Defective or Damaged Products Upon Delivery


     If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during transport, it is eligible for a free replacement or return. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. If we do not receive the notification within this timeframe, the request will not be approved.

Once the request is approved, we will send a courier to collect the defective product. The value of the product will be refunded to your account or, if possible and preferred, the product can be replaced.

Instructions for Returning Defective Products:

   For Users with an Account: If you have an account, go to the Return section in your order, select the defective product, and fill in the required details. More details can be found below in the section Return Instructions for Users with an Account.

For Users without an Account: Send an email to office@storelisk.ro or contact us by phone or WhatsApp with the following information (more details can be found in the section Return Instructions for Users without an Account):

  • Order ID
  • Full Name
  • Defective product and issue details
  • Desired action: refund or replacement


Return Policy



  • Any product from our store can be returned within 30 calendar days, with the RETURN SHIPPING COST to be covered by the CUSTOMER.

  • According to Article 9, paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without specifying reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, take physical possession of the products / last product. However, we extend the return period of our products to 30 days. This is because we trust in the quality of our products and because the customer's experience with the purchased product is the most important priority of our relationship with them.

  • The products must be returned in the condition they were received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and documents.

  •  In accordance with Government Ordinance 34/2014 (art. 14, para. 3), STORELISK.RO reserves the right to withhold a sum of money if the customer returns a product without all accessories or with certain remediable technical/esthetic defects. The value of the fee to restore the product to its original condition will result from a technical, aesthetic, and integrity assessment. Following the assessment, STORELISK.RO may withhold between 20-50% of the collected value to restore the product to its original condition, the procedure through which the product becomes saleable again.

  •  Products that show physical alterations, dents, chips, or scratches (not reported as aesthetic defects within the first 48 hours of receiving the product) are not eligible for return. You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the products resulting from handling, other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities, and functionality of the products.

  • After the products are verified, the refund will be transferred to your account within 14 working days from the return request. If the order was paid with a card, the refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made to your bank account after a written request is sent and a valid IBAN is communicated to office@storelisk.ro if you do NOT have an account on our website. If you have an account on our website, the IBAN can be provided in the "COMMENTS" section of the return form. For return instructions, please read the following sections.

 We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers. Parcels sent for return with cash-on-delivery shipping will be refused !





Return instructions for users with an ACCOUNT



  1. Access the "My Orders" section in your account on our website.
  2. Identify the order containing the product you wish to return.

  4. In the return section, select the quantity to return, choose the reason for return, the desired action, and add a comment if necessary.How to send a return request on storelisk
  5. If you have chosen cash-on-delivery payment, make sure to enter an IBAN in the comment section where you want us to return the amount. Also, verify if we have all the necessary details to contact you.
  6. If you have paid with a card, the amount will be refunded to the same account.
  7. After the request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and approval notification. Please wait to receive this confirmation before proceeding to the next step.
  8. After confirmation, please package the parcel and send it via courier to the address -> Str.Vasile Lucaciu, Nr.16, Negrești Oas, jud.Satu Mare, Postal Code: 445200. Make sure to include all original documents and accessories. (ATTENTION* The return shipping cost is borne by the customer). Once the parcel reaches us and is checked, you will receive the final confirmation of the return and refund to your account.

Parcels sent for return with cash-on-delivery shipping will be refused !




Return instructions for users WITHOUT an ACCOUNT


  1. Send an email to office@storelisk.ro, specifying the following information:
    • Name
    • Surname
    • Phone number
    • Order number (or Order ID)
    • Reason for return
    • Desired ACTION: refund or product exchange
    • The IBAN where we will return the money if you want a refund and the account holder's name
  2. Wait for our approval for the return.
  3. After approval, package the product and send it via courier to the indicated adress -> Str.Vasile Lucaciu, Nr.16, Negrești Oas, jud.Satu Mare, Cod postal: 445200. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  4. After the product reaches us and is checked, you will receive the final confirmation of the return and refund to your account.


We are not responsible for incorrectly transmitted information by the customer. For example, if the IBAN was transmitted incorrectly, we are not responsible for the error and no further refund will be processed. Parcels sent for return with cash-on-delivery shipping will be refused.
