Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we deliver only within Europe. Shipping costs and times vary depending on location and the chosen method.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates or times.
Delivery partners may include Sameday and other third-party couriers.
Products are considered delivered once handed over to the courier, and risk transfers to the client at that point.

Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned within 14 days, except for customized or perishable items.
Products damaged during transport can be replaced or refunded if you notify us immediately.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall STORELISK.RO or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site or products purchased.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STORELISK.RO and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Force Majeure

Refused Delivery

If a cash-on-delivery package is refused, future orders with the same email or delivery address will only be accepted with online payment. Refused cash-on-delivery orders will be automatically canceled.
