Usage tips:
- Before the first use, wash the milk boiling pot with water and detergent, then dry it with a cloth. Remove the whistle and the gasket from the pot.
- Remove the whistle and the gasket from the pot.
- Pour water through the hole in the pot (approximately 350ml for a 2l pot, and 400ml for a 3l pot) and tilt the pot on the side with the hole, at about 45 degrees, to check if the water flows out of the hole. The risk of overfilling can cause water to flow through the whistle during boiling.
- Close the hole by attaching the gasket and the whistle.
- Pour the desired amount of milk (according to the interior gradation) and place the pot on the heat source used.
- Handle the pot with kitchen towels or gloves.
- After boiling the milk, empty it by tilting the pot in the opposite direction of the whistle.
